Get hands on with your stationery!!
Screen printing is a fantastic process, where you can see your product from start to finish; and best of all, you can tell everyone you did it!
By no means a quick process, screen printing is an old technique, traditionally used to print fabrics and wallpapers. The design is exposed onto a screen, using light sensitive emulsion, ready for pulling. Ink is then pulled through the exposed areas with a squeegee (rubber blade) in order to transfer the design onto the substrate.
All of our workshops are in collaboration with local screenprinter, Ria Rich based in Upper Stowe, so your stationery is in very safe hands!
We recommend allowing 6-8 weeks from start to finish for this process; see below the steps needed to create your screen printed stationery!
1 Consultation with Urzanmyne
2 Urzanmyne design your stationery and outsource acetate artworks
3 Ria Rich will coat and expose screens ready for production
4 We will test print and send you the outcomes for approval
5 You will have your workshop and learn how to print!
